Dont bother downloading this. What a useless piece of junk.

When I input my credit card info, it tells me I have the wrong region. It only allows me to choose from a list of US states, even though Im in Ontario, and the postal code is Canadian and it allows me to chose Canada in the country field. No way to get past this screen.

I downloaded this thinking it would help find nearby shows, but it gives me a lot of concerts in LA (Im in Canada). Also looking for Presale info that is on the Ticketmaster site but its not here in the app.

Shittiest app ever. Wont let you see upcoming concerts at all. You have to enter a venue or an artist but it would be good to see who is coming and scroll all venues and acts. Very hard to navigate. Many buttons dont click to anyplace and stalk you out.

I feel like this update has taken many steps backwards and none forward. You cannot see which events are upcoming and its made me less likely to stumble upon a show and buy tickets! It really is a shame, I used this app over the alternative because of the old layout.

Feels like a large step backwards, not being able to see upcoming shows. How are you supposed to know which of the hundreds of artists you follow have shows in your city?

Not sure what the update is or was, but now it will not open.

I was excited to see that I could possibly upgrade seats. However, the page will not load. Three reasons why it may not be loading come up on the screen but none of those things seem to be the issue. This also happens when you try to buy parking through the app. I would imagine they are loosing a large amount of money from this glitch. I hope they fix it for mutual benefits.

If I cant buy tickets you dont make money. Everyone loses. This app does not work. My frustration . . . Im dying . . . Help . . Pl

Total disaster! Before I was able to see month by month who was coming to town. I cant remember how many tickets I got to see artist that were not on my radar because of this app, now I can only see their featured tours... And stupid addition of food near by? Really?!?! Very bad judgment Live Nation I am deleting you...

Ever since upgrading my app version, I can no longer see information for upcoming shows, it wont save artists or venue information under favorites and the ticket information tab never loads.

App completely froze when trying to get tickets that I knew would go quickly. This app and Livenation are complete trash. Tickets were sold out by the time it decided to work but scalpers had tons available. #shadybusiness

I purchased tickets at the beginning of the month and had my first transaction glitch out on me so I closed the app and reopened then proceeded to do the transaction again. It went thru fine the second time but much to my surprise I check my credit card statement mid month to see that I was double billed. No problem easy fix, or so I thought. Apparently it was my fault I didnt call them when the app glitched to check if the transaction went thru and all sales are final. Although I received a message there was a problem with my order which means (at least to me) that it didnt go thru. They where rude when I explained the situation and offered no help. So as the tittle says use at your own risk and always call when the app screws up.

Slow. Massive fees. App crashes when you click to contact support. Maybe on purpose?

This app is worse than ever for finding shows. No calendar option? Useless

You have a desire to login with your Live Nation account well forget about that because it wont recognize you and lock you out from logging into the app for 24 hours

Lost seats after seats while this app continued to freeze at the payment page. Try any other possible method of purchase before downloading this app.

Missing a ton of full-label bands and most small groups. Cannot "Favorite" one if you find it. Missing listings for shows. Theres 3... Now its 1... Wait, its 2... and none of them are the local shows listed on the bands and venues websites. Even Facebook has these shoes on the events calendar.

This use to be one of my favorite apps for live shows but now its USELESS

It charged my account 6 times for a purchase that should have been $100. Dont buy the app because it glitches out and does wacky things with your credit card.
