Live Nation – For Concert Fans App Reviews

Seriously what is the point of having a mobile app presale if the app crashes the second the presale starts. I have been trying to get ANYTHING to pull up the past 2 minutes since the presale started and I have had no luck. Worked fine up until the clock hit 10 am. Thanks for nothing! I would give it less than one star if I could.

Tried out this app for the Livenation mobile app presale for an event... but when I logged on at the time of presale, the event page wont even load up! The artists page takes a couple of minutes to load up (and I have full bars on LTE), and the event does not even show on there anymore! After trying for 15 mins, I gave up and still without a ticket. Dont waste your time and save yourself the disappointment!

Live nation is one of the slowest/worst apps Ive ever used. Difficult to navigate, horrendously slow, and nothing loads how you expect it to. Trying to purchase pre sale tickets has probably clogged up this app so much that its impossible to use.

How are you supposed to participate in a pre sale event when the app just locks up? Unless you have a "preferred" credit card youre screwed on hot tickets. What a racket.

This app is terrible. Takes forever to open, takes forever to sign in, when you search for an artist and click their name it doesnt do anything, it just sits on the search page. Waste of time.

The app does not work. I used to be able to buy tickets on the old LN app, but now this one will not list any upcoming shows even when I search. It will not retain any of the favorites I select, nor does it show any of my previously selected favorites. I wanted to use the Live Nation app presale at noon today, but Ive been trying to search for the concert on the app for an hour and a half with no luck at all. Very disappointing and pointless if you cant buy tickets...

The Live Nation mobile app presale does not work! The event does not load up once the presale starts! Event also gets removed from the Artist page during the presale as well... so theres no way to get to the event on this app. False advertisement. Useless app. Get your tickets elsewhere.

Cant get to work at all

Broken app. Doesnt show anything but a white screen when I try to open the app.

How did this app even make it through app review? It starts up and shows nothing.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS APP?! I cant get it to work right and I have tickets for a show in May that I bought in March and Im afraid I wont be able to get into the show! Help!

When I attempt to login, it loads a blank white screen afterwards. The hamburger menu is inactive. The app shows notifications and now there is no way to clear them. Youd think all the convenience fees they charge would cover the cost of having some one on board thats able to fix it or push out an update.

Downloaded for a pre sale. All it does is glitch and crash. Ive never written a review before, but my experience was so bad I felt compelled.

This one takes the cake. For Live Nation to be such a big company whose primary market loves technology you guys have severely failed mankind with this app!!!!!

Im trying to buy tickets using the Live Nation pre-sale for the Beyoncé tour. The app is glitching and I cant get it to pull anything up. What happened to the app? It used to work fine. Waste of time and space on my phone!

I downloaded the app to purchase tickets today. It didnt work at all. Waited till presale time, no option to buy any tickets. Logged out, tried again, nothing. This is a huge company and yet the app doesnt even work a little. Shameful.

If I could give this all zero stars, I would. Worthless.
