Location cant be changed so unless you are in LA, its worthless. Searches dont work. If you enjoy the pain of dealing with cable & internet companies, youll enjoy this app. Even better, theyll likely charge a ridiculous service fee so you can get the full insanity-inducing treatment.

I dont know how else to put it. Not even the home screen fully loads for me.

Made me log in twice then the ticket I had bought didnt appear. Print at home.

Updated the app last night and now all it does it crash. Search for an artist-crash. Log in to my account-crash. Wanted to use this in a couple days for a pre-sale. Dont see that happening now :(

Crashes every time I attempt a search. Seems to only happen since I got the 6s, never did before. Upgrade this thing!!!!! I have tickets to buy!

Please update ASAP. The app crashes immediately upon opening and has been doing so for weeks! Please fix!!!!

Had this app for less than 60 seconds. Three crashes and I deleted it. Its like they dont want my money.

Lately I cant get the app to open at all. When it does miraculously open, it shuts down the moment I try to make a selection. Useless! What happened? This is not an acceptable way to manage tickets.

If you are looking for an app that constantly times out and freezes while you are looking for tickets to your event, then this is the app for you! I cant seem to access tickets via the app or the mobile site - unacceptable! Live Nation needs to get its act together.

So I bought tickets from this app, but it wont let me add them to passbook. How am I suppose to use these tickets without a bar code? Please fix your app.

I heard pre-sale tickets were going to be offered through the app. I downloaded it ad signed in beforehand. The pre-sale offer was not available at the time mentioned. Once. Was able to get through, I received a "glitch" error at the end of the transaction. It said to check your account for tickets, and to try again if they werent there. I did this a few times, and then wondered if I was being charged. Yup! Seven charges in my account. This is the last time I will use this app, and Ill think twice about going to a show through Live Nation/Ticketmaster.

Its a horrible app. I tried purchasing pre sale tickets. It charged my card, but I cant find the tickets anywhere. Customer service is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and dont download the app.

So, theres a presale tied into this app... Ive loaded the app, but it does not work... Ive deleted and reloaded. It froze my phone. I want it to work! I cant even get it to open. Honestly, if you are going to make the app a requirement for a presale, PLEASE at least make sure the app works. I see comments going back a few months. There should be a choice for zero stars. It doesnt work.

This is the worst app Ive ever used. It crashes all the time and you can never get presale tickets which is the whole reason anyone downloads the app. Dont download this app. If you already have it, go ahead and delete it. Its completely useless.

It just doesnt work. Why would a company like this even bother to have an app that doesnt work at all? Its bizarre.
