Proceed with caution
I purchased tickets at the beginning of the month and had my first transaction glitch out on me so I closed the app and reopened then proceeded to do the transaction again. It went thru fine the second time but much to my surprise I check my credit card statement mid month to see that I was double billed. No problem easy fix, or so I thought. Apparently it was my fault I didnt call them when the app glitched to check if the transaction went thru and all sales are final. Although I received a message there was a problem with my order which means (at least to me) that it didnt go thru. They where rude when I explained the situation and offered no help. So as the tittle says use at your own risk and always call when the app screws up.
