Live Nation – For Concert Fans App Reviews

Through about four updates The app still isnt working for my phone and it is up to date on software. Everytime I get a notification saying a band is selling tickets and I click it, the app opens and then IT CLOSES!!! This is soooo annoying.

Every time I try to buy tickets, the app freezes, then crashes, then tells me better luck next time. All that money and LiveNation cant hire better app developers. Booooooo!

Takes forever to buy tickets which is frustrating and doesnt let me add artists and venues to my "favorites"

This app used to work pretty well and I have used it on multiple occasions to handle my tickets. Lately though it constantly has errors and never lets me access tickets to be able to buy them. If it gets better I would definitely be willing to use it again, but for now its not worth trying.

Ordered 2 beers resulting in $38 through the app. Never got order and when I tried asking for a refund no one was equipped to help me. Tried the Contact menu option and so far in still emailing with support because they dont understand the LiveNation order number.

Cannot login after installing app

The app just displays an "unauthenticated" message. Totally worthless and unable to use.

Horrible app. Navigating is not do straight forward. You cant search for an artist without going into favorites and adding that artist as a favorite. The home screen is useless and has no information.

App wont let me sign in to view my tickets. No other features worth using

When I first opened the app it asked me if I want to share my location services - I allowed location to be turned on and then the interface NEVER loaded..the load screen just kept going around in circles and at the bottom it said "adjusting location." I thought maybe if I delete the app and re-download but dont allow my location to be shared then it shouldnt have to adjust my location and problem would be fixed, right? WRONG. This second time I downloaded the app I did not allow sharing of information and the app still spent minutes in the load screen with a message saying "adjusting location." After a few minutes that message finally went away and I thought Id be good to go in a few second, but nope. Even after the message went away the little loading icon in the middle of the screen continued to go around and around in circles and never loaded. What is the point of having an app in which users cant even make it to the home screen? Live Nation - PLEASE fix this!!!

The app now locks up almost as soon as I try to make a selection, forcing restart. The app worked much better before the redesign.

Downloaded, tried to turn off all the settings it asked me to allow Live Nation App to connect with, (location, music, notifications) then it just never would get past the start up logo. Turned all the setting on/allow, still nothing.

Nothing works. Dont count on app presale. Total joke and an embarrassment of an app.

Whats the use of getting notifications if you cant get them for bands you like?

This app doesnt load or even open.

Half the time when I try to order, orders never go through. The app crashes, forgets my favorites. How are you supposed to order the app pre-sale tix if it never works?!

Not functional. Buttons dont work, pain to use. Wish I could give it less stars

I just installed the app but it h hangs up when loading. Reinstalled it and rebooted my phone and it doesnt work. Its the only app in my phone having issues.

I was using this app for years and it worked fine and today when I need it its not displaying anything.
