Honestly this app is worthless. Good job live nation not only do you charge convenience fees, but your app doesnt work either.

Great a displaying a white rectangle on your screen. Horrible at being anything useful. Ive flushed better apps

Couldnt get anything to load on the app after multiple times re-downloading and shutting down the app. Still brings up a black screen. Doesnt work at all.

Just downloaded the app so I could get presale tickets since theyre offered through the app for a concert and it wont even open on my phone! The screen just stays blank. Quite sad because I want those presale tickets. Im on the most recent update on my phone so that shouldnt be an issue. This should really get fixed I wonder if this has worked for ANYONE.

When you open the app it just goes to a blank white screen. How is this even approved in the App Store? Terrible

I am having trouble with the app & Im afraid to rely on my phone when I get to the venue because what if my tix wont pull up??!! Also, when I click on app support in the App Store, it just takes me to a blank page, so theres no way to request support or report an issue. If these issues were fixed I would give this app 3 stars.

Just downloaded this app & when I open it, its just a white screen. Waste

Downloaded the app and cant even get it to launch just freezes over and over. Deleted and redownloaded and restarted my phone and still nothing. Doesnt even load the front page of the app.

The app used to open and crash right away, so I deleted and redownloaded it. Now, it just opens to a blank screen and shows absolutely nothing. There have been a few updates within the past few months but the app only gets worse.

Used to love this app. The newest update broke the app. Couldnt open notifications so I tried to re-download the app. Now it wont open at all. Wish they would fix it since I used this all the time to know when shows were coming. Vey disappointing.

Ive downloaded & deleted this app 3 times & from 2 different devices. It doesnt work. You can download it but when trying to use it, you will only get a blank page. I havent been able to use the app so I can say how it works because it doesnt work.
