Why do I need this app to retrieve my tickets? It makes no sense.

Buy tickets, app won’t load. Garbage. Making apps is hard when you charge $100 for fees.

Hey people giving non one star reviews, a quick reminder that these monopolists are why we pay convenience fees, so remember to give them one star.

I am on Iphone16 and my keyboard don’t even pop up to allow me to sign in to view my tickets. What’s worse is it works on my husbands older iPhone but asks to save them to an apple wallet under his email that the tickets are not even under. Not even sure what to do at this point I feel like we just wasted our money.

Live nation and ticket master apps. You aren’t able to add the ticket to iPhones.

Never lets me buy tickets through the app, don’t have enough time to sit on hold for an hour waiting for IT to try and help. Fix your app

The app shows 1 notification badge on iOS home screen, however there are no notifications in the app. Tried signing out and back in, tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing gets rid of this ghost badge. The only option is to turn off badges for the app in iOS notification settings, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Please fix, thanks!

The app crashes constantly unfortunately

Live nation has given me more opportunities to attend concerts, by decreasing some concert prices.

It doesn’t automatically use your Apple Music to select all the artists you listen to, like it doesn’t give you a list of your own stuff that you can select from. It only favorites the first 6 then you have to manually do the rest and search for all the artists. AND the timeline feature doesn’t work, i keep adding concerts but it keeps saying 0 concerts added.

The ux design is poor and requires unreasonable bandwidth to work properly. This is a sign of add bad code to bad code instead of fixing it from the start. That's usually the result it treating coders so poorly that they move on and new coders can't understand the previous work. Paying investors instead of investing into infrastructure is the short term thinking that leaves o much $ on the table for this company and their artists. Only go to about 1/2 the LN shows I want to go to because I quit mid-purchase to the app freezing

Just bought concert tickets and I can’t even access them. Your app literally will not open. Please fix this!!!!!

If you’re going to force people to download this in order to view the tickets they paid you for the very least you could do is make an app that works and not some half-baked joke of an app.

Buggiest app I’ve ever used

Show me the tickets that I purchased. So I can get into the show. Oh, you would rather crash? Again? Well, as there is no alternative to this non-functional app, all I can do is write this sad, angry review. One star.

I can’t do anything about my tickets. Can’t see them, can’t see the details, can’t scroll. The app freezes indefinitely.

If you sell your tickets, you will never get paid for them. They’ll require a bank account verification of two small payments - for who knows what reason. Other than to create a hurdle. THEN, THEY WILL ONLY SEND ONE $1 PAYMENT SO YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SECOND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Crooks

I purchased tickets off of Ticketmaster. I go to Live Nation to retrieve my tickets to add to my Wallet and Live Nation app freezes. Need to do an update to fix this. Looks like lots of your users are running into this. Please update your app to fix this issue ASAP!!!!!!

Dang app hasn’t been able to open for several months now! Was this app abandoned?!

I bought tickets for Slightly Stoopid at Wilmington had VIP lounge add on but when I checked out it wasn’t there. I called they couldn’t give me the lounge pass so I got a refund. It only took a hour and a half to get it. Y’all need to fix this app to where it doesn’t freeze up also Livenation needs better people to answer the phone the person I dealt with did not have phone etiquette.

This is just a clone of the Ticketmaster app with a different color scheme. It freezes now when trying to access tickets the same way as Ticketmaster app does. Unusable. Where do all these exorbitant fees go? To hire the worst overseas developers you can find?

The app is sometimes buggy and then I don’t have access.

I haven’t updated my phone bc I have no space (go figure), and I meeked out a little bit of space for this app. Come to find that AFTER I bought the ticket I wont be able to enter the venue unless it’s on my phone, so then I turn to LiveNation and they say in order to add it the wallet, I need to update. So now I’m having to buy iCloud storage just to store all my photos and data, delete it all, update, add the thing to my wallet and then add everything back. Hate this app, all I wanted to do was see a comedian I liked smh

How the heck am I supposed to see my ridiculously overpriced tickets?

I got the email saying “you scored tickets” only to be sent a link to app that won’t work. I just went to the Live Nation website logged in and got the tickets

I got this app because it was required to use my event tickets. Every time I tried to view my tickets or add them to my wallet, the app just froze. After closing the app and retrying this several times, I thought I had got it to work, but then it froze my entire phone! I couldn’t close the app or even shut down my phone!

This app has caused me to waste hours of my time trying to access my mobile tickets. Just locks up. I finally was able to get my tix by NOT using their app and logging in with a browser.

Haven’t been able to open the app to access my tickets in three days. Developers need to push an update asap.

It is not possible to download the tickets, the app simply does not respond when you must download them and the technical support is just as terrible

Can never get the app to open no matter what I try. Latest updates do nothing. Useless app. If you reach out to the support email on the website all you get is an auto response that the email isn’t monitored and no one will help you. Worst service possible

App keeps crashing and I can’t access my tickets

Super glitchy, got bounced out of the que 3 times when I had already selected tickets and was processing to get ready to checkout and pay.

App isn’t opening up. It’s just says live nation in red over a black screen. No update required either. Not sure if I should uninstall then reinstall

No ability to access tickets. The app never opens

I bought tickets and the”you scored tickets” e-mail gives me a link to my tickets which takes me to the website . I log in and the it requires me to download live nation app on my phone . I do this and the app keeps crashing before it even opens . There is no “add to wallet” button on the mobile browser site so I can’t download my tickets there. I’ve chatted with 2 different agents and they just send me another email with the same link to my tickets that require me to open the mobile app. So frustrating . I’ve spent over an hour and still no tickets . I have no idea how I’m going to access these tickets .
